Welcome to RoxJet! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.roxjet.com, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RoxJet.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use RoxJet. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on RoxJet, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

By using RoxJet, you agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon our or others' intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with the functionality or security of the Services
  • Upload or transmit viruses, spam, or harmful code
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Collect data from other users without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or behave inappropriately.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

RoxJet is offered as a paid subscription. Each subscription gives one connected Instagram account access to the automation features included in that plan for the length of the subscription period.

4.1 Plans, length and price. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly and an annual basis. The title of the plan, the length of the subscription period and the price you will be charged are displayed in the app or on our website before you confirm your purchase. Prices may differ by country and currency.

4.2 Purchases made through the Apple App Store. If you subscribe inside our iOS app, the purchase is an auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple, and the following apply:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. It must be cancelled in your Apple Account settings.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals. The current period continues until it expires, and no partial refund is given for the remainder of that period.

4.3 Free trials and introductory offers. Where a free trial or introductory period is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and is charged automatically.

4.4 Purchases made outside the App Store. If you subscribe through our website or another platform, payment is processed by our payment provider rather than by Apple, and renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled through your RoxJet account or by contacting our support team.

4.5 Refunds. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policy; we cannot issue refunds for them directly. For purchases made outside the App Store, please contact us at the address in section 12.

4.6 Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Any change applies from your next renewal, and we will give you notice before it takes effect so that you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.

4.7 Your data. Information collected in connection with your subscription is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on RoxJet—including logos, graphics, text, and software—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain rights to any original content you upload, but by submitting it to RoxJet, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Services.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, and depend on third-party platforms such as Instagram. These are provided for your convenience and do not imply our endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of any third-party sites, and we are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their own services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RoxJet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RoxJet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or RoxJet.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RoxJet operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
