Data Deletion Instructions Effective Date: April 18, 2025
At RoxJet, we respect your right to privacy and provide an easy way for users to request deletion of their personal data from our systems. This page outlines the process you can follow if you would like to delete your data associated with RoxJet.
π When Should I Request Data Deletion?
You may wish to request data deletion if:
You no longer wish to use our Services
You want to permanently remove your account and associated data
You have connected RoxJet to a platform like Facebook and want to revoke data sharing
π§ How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to info@roxjet.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
In your email, please include:
Your full name
The email address associated with your RoxJet account
A brief statement confirming your request to delete all associated data
π¬ Example: βHi, Iβd like to permanently delete my RoxJet account and all related data. My account email is user@example.com.β
We will confirm your identity and process the request within 7 business days, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
π² If You Used Facebook Login
If you used Facebook to sign up or log in to RoxJet:
Visit your Facebook settings
Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites
Find RoxJet in the list and click Remove
Check the box to delete all data associated with RoxJet
Confirm the removal
After that, we recommend also sending us an email as shown above to confirm deletion on our side.
π What Happens After Deletion?
Once your data is deleted:
Your account will be permanently removed
Your personal information will no longer be stored in our systems
This action cannot be undone
We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked to your identity for business or analytical purposes.
